Community Verdict (qualitative)
Coghlan's is the legacy camping-accessory brand — the towel is bought on brand familiarity and the pocket/antimicrobial features rather than ultralight credentials. It is heavier-duty (250 GSM) than the budget Amazon towels, which owners either like (more absorbent feel) or dislike (slower drying, bulkier pack). No sampled consensus in this pass.
Care
- Machine wash; no fabric softener (preserves the antimicrobial treatment and microfiber).
- Hang or tumble dry low.
Buying Traps
- Naming: "Camp Towel" vs "Microfiber Towel" — same product line (MPN 2034); don't treat them as different items.
- Weight: At 250 GSM it packs larger than the ultralight towels — check packed size if space matters.
- Price spread: $24.99–$29.99 for the Large across retailers; shop around.

- No direct owner quotes were retrievable in this pass.
